PAFull PA provided: Legacy Series - EX2, 2x Wharfedale Kinetic 12A speakers, a 20-channel Allen and Heath desk, 1 x Wharfedale Pro 1 Channel Mixer 502usb, SM57 + SM58 mics, mic and speaker stands, snake and cabling. It is NOT permanently installed - your sound tech sets up the PA from scratch, so let them know in advance.
BacklineNot provided, so bring your own (drums, amps, DIs).
Door/merchYou arrange your own door and merch person. With advance notice the venue can arrange both, charged at the living wage rate (per hour, per person).
AccessBuilding is not wheelchair accessible; there is an accessible bathroom in the space.
AgesAll ages; under-16s must be accompanied by an adult after 8pm.
DrinksNo BYO (licensed: local wines, craft beer, non-alcoholic - no spirits). Drinks allowed outside on the concrete 3-9pm.

Late cancelCancel less than 1 month before the show: $50+GST fee plus the full booking fee is invoiced.

Hire notesVolunteer arrangements can be made in exchange for a discounted rate: $150+GST.
Promo rulesInvite Friends of Vogelmorn as a co-host on Facebook and tag them in Instagram stories/posts. The location on Facebook must be "Vogelmorn Bowling Club", but the gig space on UTR is "Vogelmorn Upstairs" (never Vogelmorn Hall).
